Before you call.
What does it cost?
It depends on the vehicle and its condition, so we quote each car rather than publishing a number that changes later. Call or send the form and you'll have a real price — for your car, not a category — in minutes. There are no travel fees and no fuel surcharges anywhere we serve.
Do you need access to water or electricity?
No. Our van arrives completely self-sufficient — we bring our own water and our own power. You don't need a tap, a hose or an outlet.
Do you work in condos and underground parking?
Yes, every day. Condo and apartment garages, underground parking, office lots, driveways and garages are all normal for us. If your building needs notice or a booked elevator, just tell us when you call.
When do I pay?
After the job. We finish, we walk you around the vehicle, and you pay only once you're happy with it. No deposit and no prepayment.
How long does it take?
Most interior details run a few hours depending on size and condition; a full interior and exterior takes longer. We'll give you a realistic window with your quote — and we'd rather quote honestly than promise an hour and rush your car.
Can I leave the car with you?
You don't have to be there the whole time. Plenty of customers hand over the keys and go back to work or upstairs. We'll call you for the walkaround when it's done.
Do you really cover all of Southern Ontario?
Yes. Not just the GTA and not just the big cities — every city, town, township and county in Southern Ontario. We run crews out of several hubs across the region, which is what makes that possible. Small towns and rural properties are a normal week for us. Same price, no travel fee, no fuel surcharge, wherever you are in the region.
