We bring our own water, power and lighting, so the building does not have to provide anything. You hand over the keys in the morning, we text when the car is done, and you drive home in it.

How it works during the workday

Text us the building address, the lot or garage level, your spot number and the hours you will be there. We meet you at the car when you arrive, or pick the key up from reception, do the work in your spot or a quieter corner of the lot, and text you a photo when we are done. A full inside-and-out takes 3–5 hours, so even a long one is finished well before you leave.

If you work hybrid, book on an office day. If your lot is tight, we will ask for the spot beside yours or a corner near the loading area, and we move the van if someone needs to get by.

Office lots, corporate garages and business parks

Surface lots are the easiest: we park alongside, set up, and the water we use is captured in our own tank or wiped. In an underground office garage we switch to rinseless washing and battery power, the same way we work in condo buildings, so there is nothing on the floor and no cord running to a wall.

Some office landlords want to know about work happening in their lot, especially in managed corporate parks. If your building is one of them, we are glad to send a one-paragraph description of our method to the property manager before the first visit. After that it is routine.

Team detailing days

A popular way to do this is for an office manager or HR to book us for a day and let staff claim time slots. We work through the cars in order, each person drops their key and gets a text when theirs is done, and the invoicing is either per person or on one company invoice as a staff perk. It is a simple benefit to offer, and it tends to fill up fast once the first few people see their cars.
