Trade-in recon, front-line refreshes and delivery prep done in your rows, after hours if you want, with stock numbers on one invoice.
Every day a trade-in sits behind the building waiting for recon is a day it is not on the front line being shown. Independent lots along Dundas in Mississauga, Kennedy Road in Scarborough and Steeles in Brampton run into the same wall as franchise stores: the detail bay is backed up, the porter is driving cars to a shop across town, and the used-car manager is waiting. Auto Royale comes to the lot with water, power and a crew and clears the backlog where the cars already sit.
We work on a schedule that suits a sales floor, which means weekday mornings before the doors open, after close, or a standing weekly slot. Everything is itemized by stock number so your recon costs per unit are easy to track.
The mix changes week to week depending on what traded in and what sold, and we adjust the batch to match.
Most stores settle into a standing slot, such as every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 a.m., with on-demand bookings when a bunch of trades land at once. Because we are open 24/7, after-hours work is normal: the lot is quiet, the rows are not moving and nobody needs the car in the middle of a detail.
You text us the stock numbers and what each unit needs, and tell us where the keys are. We find the cars, do the work in the row or in a corner of the lot, and text back when each one is done. Winter does not stop interior work, and for exterior work in freezing weather we can use a bay if you have one or a covered area.
Every reconditioning detail follows the same checklist, so a car from us looks the same whether it was done on a Monday or a Saturday. Interior vacuum and steam, carpet and seat extraction, leather cleaning and conditioning, glass, vents, jambs and trunk. Exterior foam wash, iron decontamination, clay where needed, wheels and tires, and a polish and sealant so the paint photographs well for your inventory listings.
When a unit needs more, such as heavy smoke odour, deep stains, swirled black paint or hazy headlights, we flag it and let the used-car manager decide rather than quietly adding it. That keeps the recon number predictable.
You get one itemized invoice per batch with a line per vehicle that includes the stock number, the services performed and the date, which drops straight into your per-unit recon tracking. We accept Interac e-Transfer and card, and we can set up a regular billing cycle for standing schedules. If your accounting needs a specific format or a purchase order number on each invoice, tell us once and it is on every one after that.
Nobody has to drive the car anywhere, which means no porter time, no shuttle runs and no risk of a door ding in somebody else's lot. The car is back in the row the moment it is done. For a store trying to reduce days-to-front-line, that alone usually justifies the switch.
Typical time: A full reconditioning detail runs 3–5 hours per unit and a lot wash 45–75 minutes, so a standing after-hours slot can move a row of inventory between close and open.
