It begins with the quote. We tell you what the job involves, how long it should take and the total before any water is sprayed. If we find something unexpected, such as heavy mould or a stain that has set, we stop and talk to you first. No surprise additions on the invoice.
On the day, you can stay and watch or leave us to it. Either way we keep your vehicle where agreed, take photos before we start if a mark is already present, and treat personal belongings carefully. Items we remove from the cabin go into a bag or tray and go back where they were.
Communication is part of it. We confirm the time by text, let you know when we are on our way and message when we finish. Because we work from your spot rather than a shop, you are never wondering what is happening to your car in a lot across town.
When the work ends, we walk around the vehicle with you, point out what has changed and be straight about anything that could not be fully fixed.
