Plenty of mobile detailers are cash-only or want an e-Transfer before they'll show up. Auto Royale takes credit cards the way any other business does: tap, insert or phone wallet on a card terminal at your car when the job is done, or a secure payment link we text you if you'd rather pay from your desk or from another city. Visa, Mastercard and American Express all work.

Paying by card gives you a dated statement entry and a receipt from us, which is useful whether you're expensing the detail, documenting a lease return or paying for a family member's car that you'll never actually see.

Paying by card at your car

When we finish, you walk around the vehicle with us, and then we bring out the terminal. Tap your card or your phone, or insert and enter your PIN if the amount is above your tap limit. The terminal runs on a mobile connection, so in a deep underground garage we may step up to the ramp to get signal, which takes a minute. A receipt goes to your phone or email right away, and an itemized invoice follows if you've asked for one.

Paying by link when you're not there

A lot of our work happens while the owner is asleep, at work or out of town. In those cases we text you a payment link once the job is done and you've seen the photos; you open it, enter your card details on the secure page and that's it. The same link works for a parent in Florida paying for their daughter's car in North York, or a company in another province paying for a staff member's vehicle in Brampton.

Corporate cards, expenses and records

If you're paying with a company card, tell us the business name when you book and we'll put it on the invoice with each service as a separate line: for example, interior detail, carpet extraction, ozone treatment. That keeps the card statement and the receipt matching for your bookkeeper. The same itemized invoice is what rideshare drivers attach to a cleaning-fee report and what lease customers keep as proof the car was professionally cleaned before inspection.

If your card earns points or cash back, a detail is a purchase like any other; we don't do anything special there, but it's one more reason people choose card over cash.

What we never ask for

We don't take card numbers over text or over the phone, and we don't need a card on file to hold a booking. Payment is by terminal in person or through the link, and you pay when the work is finished and you've looked it over. If a particular booking needs something arranged in advance, we'll tell you clearly when you book; otherwise, assume you pay at the end.
