Fleet Vehicle Detailing — On Site at Your Yard, Lot or Office, One Invoice

Small-business fleets washed and detailed at your yard or office, overnight or on weekends, with one itemized invoice per visit.

★ Mobile — we come to youWe come to youOpen 24/7

Sending fleet vehicles to a wash one at a time costs you a driver, an hour of fuel and a vehicle off the schedule for every unit. Auto Royale does the opposite: we come to your yard, your office lot or your underground parking anywhere in the GTA with our own water, power and lighting, and work through the vehicles where they already sit.

We handle fleets of all kinds, from three HVAC vans in a Mississauga industrial unit to a sales team's sedans in a Markham office garage. Because we're open 24/7, the work happens overnight or on the weekend, so the vehicles are back on the road by the time the first crew clocks in.

How a fleet visit runs

We start with a short walk-through, in person or from photos you text us, to scope each vehicle: some units need a wash and interior vacuum, others need the full treatment with extraction and odour removal, and a few might need headlights restored or trim brought back for a vehicle that's about to be sold. We agree the scope per unit and a rotation, then show up with the right gear.

On the day, we need the keys and enough room to open the doors on each vehicle. You can leave a key box with a dispatcher or the security desk; nobody needs to stay with us. Vehicles are done in the order you set, so the units that leave earliest are done first.

One invoice, itemized by unit

Every visit produces a single itemized invoice listing each vehicle by unit number or plate, the services done on it and the total, so your bookkeeper can allocate costs and you're not chasing a stack of car-wash receipts from six drivers. Invoices go to whichever email you name, and payment is by credit card, debit, cash or Interac e-Transfer. For recurring fleets we can invoice per visit or on a schedule you set.

Rotations that keep vehicles on the road

Most fleets settle into a rotation: a quick wash and interior reset for every unit monthly, a full interior for each vehicle a couple of times a year, and seasonal work on top. In the GTA that means salt removal and a sealant before winter, a decontamination wash in spring to get the salt film off the paint and out of the wheel wells, and a check on faded trim and hazed headlights before the warm-weather selling season.

We split the rotation into blocks so no more than a few units are out at a time, and we can work around a dispatcher's board: the vehicles due back last get done first.

Fleets we see across the GTA

Trades vans with drywall dust in every vent, landscaping pickups with grass and fertilizer in the bed, pharmaceutical reps' sedans that double as mobile offices, home-care agency cars, delivery vans with cardboard dust in the cargo area, and dealer loaners that need to look new every time they go out. Each gets a scope that fits what it does, not a one-size wash.

Typical time: A visit is scheduled by vehicle count and scope; we can work through several express washes in a few hours, while full details take 1.5–5 hours each.

Fleet Vehicle Detailing — FAQ

How many fleet vehicles can you detail in one visit?
It depends on the scope. Express washes with a vacuum move quickly, so a block of several in an evening is normal; full interiors take 1.5 to 3 hours each, so those get spread across a rotation. Tell us the count and what each unit needs and we'll propose a schedule.
Do we need to provide water or power at the yard?
No. We bring our own water tank, power and lighting, which is how we work in office garages and yards with no outdoor tap.
Can you work overnight so the vans are ready for a 6 a.m. start?
Yes. Overnight and weekend blocks are the most common way we do fleets, so no vehicle misses a shift.
Our vehicles are wrapped with our logo. Is that a problem?
No. Wraps and decals are washed by hand with pH-neutral soap and a soft mitt. We keep pressure washers away from edges and seams, which is where lifting starts.
Can you set up a monthly schedule and just show up?
Yes. We agree a rotation, a standing day or night, and a contact for key access, then handle the rest. You get a text before each visit and an invoice after.
Is there a minimum fleet size?
We don't set a fixed minimum. Two vehicles at one address is enough to make a visit worthwhile, and larger fleets simply get longer blocks.
Can drivers pay separately, or does it have to be one invoice?
Either. The usual arrangement is one invoice to the business, but if you'd rather each driver settle their own vehicle we can do that too.
