Detailing your Tesla Model 3

The Model 3 is the most common EV we detail in the GTA, and a lot of them work as rideshare cars between commutes. White interiors look great until the first winter, so our interior work is about lifting dye and grime from the synthetic leather and cleaning the glossy console without adding scratches. The single screen gets a streak-free wipe. Outside, the paint is soft and swirls easily, which is why we hand wash, polish gently and recommend a ceramic coating.

What we watch for on a Model 3

• White interiors are common and show dye transfer and grime in the seat seams; a vinyl-safe cleaner and a soft brush restore them
• Piano-black console on pre-2021 cars scratches from keys and cups; we clean it with a plush microfibre and recommend a protective film
• Rideshare Model 3s need the rear seat and the rear screen on Highland cars sanitized and cleaned between details
• The soft clear coat swirls easily, especially on black and Midnight Silver; a one-step polish before a ceramic coating is the usual request
• The under-floor trunk well and the frunk collect charging cables and grit; we empty and vacuum them

Electric vehicles: quiet, glassy and light on the engine bay

EVs have big glass roofs, minimal controls on screens, vegan leather and no engine bay to degrease. The work is mostly about glass clarity, screen-safe cleaning, paint protection and careful wheel and charge-port care.
