The Orlando was a Canada-only seven-seater that a lot of GTA families bought because it was cheap and tall, and plenty are still doing school runs in Scarborough and Mississauga a decade later. The interior is all cloth and plastic with seven seats' worth of crumbs, so we fold everything, open the hidden radio bin and extract every row. What we watch for on a Orlando

• The hidden bin behind the radio faceplate is a crumb and coin trap that nobody cleans; we open it and vacuum it out
• Third-row seats fold into the floor and the hinge wells fill with food and gravel; we fold them both ways and steam the wells
• Cloth seats are thin and the light-coloured versions show salt and coffee; extraction is the main job
• Ex-taxi examples have heavily worn rear doors and seats; we clean them and point out what is wear
• Older Orlandos usually need headlight restoration and a trim restorer on the faded black bumper strips
