How we communicate

A family member can book, pay and receive the receipt on your behalf. We accept credit card, debit, cash and Interac e-Transfer, and we provide an itemized receipt on request so everyone knows exactly what was done.

Careful with an older car's interior

Many of the cars we detail for seniors are low-kilometre, garage-kept and a decade or two old, which means leather that needs conditioning rather than scrubbing, dashboards that can crack if handled roughly, and single-stage paint on some older models that needs a gentle polish. We match the products and the pressure to the age of the materials.

Clear glass and bright headlights for night driving

Two of the most useful things we do for older drivers have nothing to do with how the car looks. The inside of a windshield builds up a haze from the plastics in the dash, and at night that haze turns oncoming headlights into a glare. We clean it off completely. Yellowed, cloudy headlight lenses throw noticeably less light on the road, and restoring them with wet sanding, polishing and a UV sealant brings the beam back.

We also replace nothing you do not need. If the wipers are fine and the glass only needs cleaning, that is what we say.
