For smaller, contained cases, such as a cooler leak with grey water or limited contamination on mats and lower carpet, we can help. We wear gloves and masks, remove loose solids with disposable tools, then use hot-water extraction and enzyme cleaners on affected surfaces. Mats are usually cleaned separately outdoors. Anything that has soaked deep stays out of scope until we have looked at it.
When raw sewage has soaked through carpet and padding, or the whole floor has been submerged, the situation changes. Contamination can reach the foam and wiring, and the right answer may be a restoration company, an upholsterer or insurer input. Drivers in Hurontario and elsewhere are better served by an early honest assessment than by a half-fix. The car should not be driven with soaked wiring.
