Rear-seat clean-ups, odour removal and an itemized invoice you can attach to your cleaning-fee claim in the Uber Driver app.
Driving for Uber in the GTA means hundreds of strangers a week in your back seat, and sooner or later one of them leaves something behind: a spilled bubble tea on the way to Union Station, a muddy floor after a Pearson pickup in March, or worse after bar close on King West. Auto Royale comes to wherever your car is parked, cleans the mess properly, and sends you an itemized invoice you can attach to your cleaning-fee claim in the Uber Driver app.
We're open 24/7, so you can get the car cleaned up at 3 a.m. after the rider gets out rather than losing the next day's fares. Most Uber-specific jobs are rear-seat and floor work that we finish in well under the time a full detail takes.
Uber's cleaning-fee process runs on evidence, and the evidence disappears the moment anyone starts wiping. Before you touch the mess, take a wide photo showing which seat or floor area it's on, then two or three close-ups with the interior light on. Submit them within the app's reporting window for that trip, and keep the trip time handy.
Then text the photos to us as well. They tell us whether we need the hot-water extractor, the steam unit, an enzyme treatment for vomit or an ozone generator for smell, which means we show up with the right gear the first time.
In the Driver app, open the trip in your trip history, tap Help, and choose the option for a rider leaving a mess. You'll be asked to upload your photos and describe what happened. Uber reviews the report and decides whether a cleaning fee applies and how much; we have no say in that decision, and neither does the rider.
What we do is make your file stronger. Our invoice lists the date and time, your vehicle, the exact services performed (for example, rear bench shampoo and extraction, carpet extraction, enzyme treatment and ozone) and the amount paid. Drivers submit it alongside the photos as supporting documentation that the car was professionally cleaned.
Riders sit in the back, so that's where the damage is. We shampoo and extract the rear bench fabric, clean the rear door cards and armrests, and steam the seat-belt latches and the backs of the front seats where feet and knees press. The rear floor gets the slush, salt and gravel from boots; we vacuum it, extract the mats and carpet, and treat salt stains before they set.
Leather or vinyl rear seats are cleaned with a pH-neutral cleaner and a soft brush, then conditioned so they don't go stiff. Smells get treated at the source first, then with ozone if the cabin needs it.
A targeted rear-seat clean-up takes 45 to 75 minutes. A full interior with extraction and odour treatment runs 1.5 to 3 hours. We come to your driveway, your condo's visitor parking or the lot where you take breaks, bringing our own water and power. When you text, tell us the year, make and model, what happened and where, where the car is parked, and when you want it done. We'll reply with the earliest slot, which is often the same day or that night.
