An express detail is the visit for when the car is not dirty enough for a full detail but you would be embarrassed to give someone a ride. In 45 to 75 minutes we wash the outside, vacuum and wipe the inside, and clean the glass so the car looks and smells cared for. We do it at your driveway, your office lot or wherever the car is parked across the GTA.
The hard part of a short visit is knowing what to leave out. We do not rush a full detail into an hour and do it badly; we do a defined list properly and tell you when the car actually needs more than that.
The list is fixed so you know what you are getting before we arrive.
There is no shampooing, extraction or steam in an express detail, so set-in stains, pet hair ground into carpet, and smells baked into the fabric stay. The exterior does not get clay, iron remover or polishing, so bonded contamination, tar and swirls stay too. Leather is wiped, not cleaned and conditioned.
That is not cutting corners; it is the difference between an hour and four. Extraction alone needs an hour to dry properly. If we see any of those problems when we arrive, we point them out so you can decide whether to upgrade on the spot or book a full session later.
It suits a car that was fully detailed in the last few months and has picked up a layer of life since: pollen, coffee rings, crumbs, fingerprints, the film on the inside of the windshield. It is the wrong call for a car that has never been detailed, one that has been through a winter with no interior cleaning, or one with a smell. We would rather tell you that on the phone than disappoint you in the driveway.
Speed comes from sequence and equipment, not from skipping. The exterior is foamed first so it dwells while the interior vacuum starts. Wheels are done while the foam is working. The interior is wiped front to back, driver side to passenger side, in the same order on every car so nothing gets missed. Our vacuums and blowers run off the power we bring, so there is no time lost looking for an outlet in your garage.
